Ashford Varnished Standard Single Drive Spinning Wheel Bobbin New Original

Unlike almost all of my other spinning wheel items that are listed, which are manufactured by me, these Standard Single Drive, Scotch Tension bobbins are genuine Ashford products, brand new and unused, and are Ashford’s most popular bobbin. Hand-finished with two light coats of matt varnish, to give them lasting protection against dirt, finger prints, lanolin, etc. Ashford’s latest design, using a black nylon/plastic bush at each end for smoother running, and a wider core diameter at each end, for a more even distribution of yarn.

Length 115mm, width of pulleys 75mm and 60mm.

Bobbin capacity: approximately 100g (3.5oz).

Compatible with the standard, stationary hooked flyer (will not work with the sliding hook flyer).
